Ltd have been amalgamated by the order of Hon’ble High Court Rajasthan, Jodhpur, dated–25.03.2009 into Kanchan India Limited.

Kanchan Spinners was established in 2009 Company installed a spinning unit with < b>82,000 spindles and production capacity of 25000 metric tonne per annum at 18 KM Stone Bhilwara, Ajmer road, Nanakpura, District:- Bhilwara (Rajasthan) 311001.

Bhaval Synthetics This Associate Company has installed a spinning unit with 22,000 spindles with production capacity of 6000 metric tonne per annum at Village Beekhakhera ,Near Fathanagar, District :- Udaipur (Raj.) 313205.
